Lunchtime Meditation – via Live-Stream

This 45-minute meditation class is being offered by live-stream for people in the Pacific Northwest region of the US (Outside this area? Find a Kadampa Center near you). Registrants will receive a link to enable them to watch and listen by phone, tablet or computer.
Buddhist meditation is a tool for improving our human nature. It enables us to not only attain a state of mental relaxation, but also cultivate kindness, compassion and inner wisdom. Each class includes a short teaching and guided meditations that relax the mind and tap into our positive potential. This is an ideal mid-day break for everyone, new and experienced meditators alike!
