DESCRIPTION:Leading into Labor Day Weekend\, join us for this contemplative meditation retreat\, which gives us the opportunity to reflect on our life’s direction from the point of view of Buddhist wisdom\, in order to bring about deep spiritual transformation. Kadam Trina will guide this 5-day retreat on the meditations of the path to enlightenment called Lamrim.\n\nThese transformative meditations are a special presentation of Buddha’s teachings known as Lamrim\, that are easily integrated into modern daily life.  By engaging in these meditations systematically we build a strong foundation of inner peace within our busy and often stressful lives. Kadam Trina will offer guidance on how to use Lamrim for an effective daily meditation practice\, using the book Mirror of Dharma.\n\nAll sessions are guided and are suitable for all levels of experience. Attend either a portion or the entirety of the retreat - you can register for single sessions\, single days\, or the whole retreat.\n\nEverybody is welcome!
