FRESH AIR AND MEDITATION! YES! We’ve picked some beautiful spots in Seattle-area parks to do group meditations while the weather is still nice. Join us for some safe, socially distant outdoor meditations classes. Each class will include a short teaching and a longer meditation, lasting approximately one hour. Please bring your own cushion or chair and practice social distancing. These classes are FREE. Bring friends and enjoy some outside time.
