Weekly Drop-In Class

Weekly drop-in class is self-contained and explores the simple and powerful meditation methods taught by Buddha to transform our world by transforming our mind. By learning how to find peace from our own distracted and disturbed states of mind through meditation, we find a happy and meaningful life and make a significant contribution to peace and harmony in our world.

Everyone is welcome. No experience is necessary. Drop-in any class!

Join us for a free talk and guided meditation on how we can use Buddhist wisdom to overcome our painful feelings.

When things go wrong, we can easily become overwhelmed by painful feelings that lead us to panic, fear, anger and depression. By learning about the nature of our mind from Buddha’s teachings, we can gain a calm and wise perspective of our feelings, helping us maintain a peaceful mind even in the midst of great difficulties.

Kadam Trina will also guide a meditation on the nature of our mind, with practical steps to keep our painful feelings from overwhelming us in the moment.
