Be gentle, kind, and easy on yourself even amidst the pressures of life is what we will be looking at in this workshop.

To-do list impossibly long? Can’t let people down?   Feeling the pressure of being pulled in many directions all at once?  That kind of pressure is hard on us and can make us hard on others. This month we’ll explore how to be confident and relaxed and to go easy on our self no matter what!
