One of the heart practices of Kadampa Buddhism is the recitation of the Migtsema prayer. Contained within this profound prayer is a condensation of all of Buddha’s teachings on Sutra and Tantra.
Through the recitation and meditation on Migtsema, we can purify negativity, heal and strengthen our body and mind, receive profound blessings that nurture our spiritual realizations, and develop powerful inner protection from obstacles.
During this retreat, we will explore a variety of methods for engaging with the Migtsema prayer through meditation and recitation. Together, we will deepen our connection with this simple yet profound practice and discover how it can become a powerful source of wisdom, compassion, and inner peace in our daily lives.
