Weekly Drop-In Classes

Each of our weekly drop-in classes is self-contained and explores the simple and powerful meditation methods taught by Buddha to transform our world by transforming our mind. By learning how to find peace from our own distracted and disturbed states of mind through meditation, we find a happy and meaningful life and make a significant contribution to peace and harmony in our world.

Everyone is welcome. No experience is necessary. Drop-in any class!
