Take a break from the hustle-and-bustle of your busy daily life in the beautiful setting of Fidalgo Bay. During this one-day meditation retreat, you will be guided in meditations on the nature of your own mind.

These sublime meditations are effective methods for improving concentration and counteracting negative mental habits. By training in these meditations, your mind will become progressively more subtle and peaceful causing you to experience a profound inner stillness and tranquility.
