How can we develop genuine confidence in Buddha’s teachings rather than simply accepting them on faith?
In this inspiring lecture, we’ll explore how Buddhist faith is grounded in wisdom, logical reasoning, and personal experience. By learning to investigate Buddha’s teachings for ourselves, we can develop a deeper understanding of their value and the confidence to practice them.
This confidence gives us the courage to bring Buddhist wisdom into our everyday lives—helping us transform our mind, meet life’s challenges with greater clarity and inner strength, and make steady progress along the spiritual path.
It also brings meaning to engaging in traditional Buddhist practices like meditation, prayers and mantra recitation.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
