In Teacher Training Program we gain the confidence and skills to guide ourselves and others to a happy and meaningful life, through Buddhist study, retreat and teaching skills training. The new book studied will be Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s beloved commentary on training the mind, The New Eight Steps to Happiness.
Learn more by attending the Introductory Talk, in which Kadam Trina will explain how the program works. This is followed by a two-week trial period before enrollment is required. If you are new to this program, please RSVP for the Intro Talk by emailing the Education Program Coordinator at education@meditateinseattle.org.
