About these classes

Re-establish or deepen your meditation practice through the sublime final advice of our Founder and Spiritual Guide, the extraordinary meditation master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Effective meditation solves our problems, brings us pure happiness, and fulfills our spiritual potential, but it is easy to develop bad meditation habits or incorrect technique that makes our meditation practice ineffective, boring, and seemingly irrelevant to our daily lives.

In 2019, Venerable Geshe-la published his final book, Mirror of Dharma (with Additions), which was transmitted with commentary to Gen-la Khyenrab and Gen-la Dekyong in Spain. In this precious text, Geshe-la clarifies why our current meditation practice may not be working for us, and explains how to correct our mistakes in a way that brings our meditations to life and fulfills our potential!

In this series of talks, Kadam Trina will go through Venerable Geshe-la’s special meditation advice, using both Mirror of Dharma (with Additions) and his oral commentary. This advice is critical for everyone who practices Kadam Dharma and meditation.
